3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
All services and products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment preparation, all sales are final once a booking or purchase has been completed.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability and sufficient notice. Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and may incur additional fees.
6. Weather & Safety
All diving activities are subject to weather, ocean conditions, and safety considerations. H2O Dive Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any activity if conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations; however, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking.
7. Participant Responsibility
All participants must:
- Be in good health and physically fit for diving activities
- Provide accurate medical information when required
- Follow all instructions given by instructors and staff
Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in any activity, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with scuba diving and water-based activities.
H2O Dive Center, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation, except where required by law.
Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.
9. Equipment & Personal Property
Customers are responsible for any rented equipment and agree to return it in the same condition. Any damage or loss may result in additional charges.
H2O Dive Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of H2O Dive Center and may not be used without permission.
